The Company and its subsidiary provide turnkey telecommunications and IT systems integration and other related services. In addition, the Company distributes imported communication devices and leases public payphones. The business of the Company and its subsidiary are categorized into four major areas, as follows:

1. Telecom Systems Integration
: The Company provides turnkey telecommunications services ranging from system design, selection, supply, equipment installation to equipment testing. Communications equipment is either procured locally or imported from foreign manufacturers, as the Company does not produce equipment. There are two major distribution channels: i) bidding for projects of the government and private companies; and ii) being subcontracted by other winning bidders.

2. Payphones
: The Company leases public telephones to TOT Corporation Public Company Limited (?TOT?). The service ranges from supplying, installing, repairing and maintaining payphones.

3. Test Equipment
: The Company is an exclusive distribution agent for test devices of Anritsu Group under the brand ?Anritsu?. The test equipment is used for signal transmission lines, mobile/microwave antennas or radio frequency antennas.

4. Computer Systems Integration
: This service is provided by STCC, which also distributes computer hardware and other peripheral equipment. STCC provides consulting services, the design and installation of computers, including IT networks, the development of software applications and maintenance. Customers include both government entities and private companies.

5. Security System Business
: The company acquired the Security Business Unit from Jasmine International Plc., the mother company. The Security Business involves turnkey project for equipment procuring, system design and implementation for internal security system, ranging from CCTV system, Access Control System, Intrusion System, Fire Alarm System.
