Performance Management  Systems for Operation Program

Mr. Terasak Jerauswapong, President of JTS, opened the training program on “Performance Management Systems for Operation” on February 11, 2008 at Challenger Hall, Maung Thong thani. This program was conducted by Ms. Sisilak Meksung and emphasized in performance management of employee. Mr. Terasak said “ Performance of every section is important for the organization. The performance management plan in every level should be consistent for the success of every performance, and then the organization shall success too.”
