JTS participated in The SME Thailand Expo 2011 at Impact Exhibition Center, Hall 1-2, Mueng Thong Thani, on 22-25 September 2011, featuring call center service named “EasyConnect” which targeting on SMEs seeking for call center service solution to support their business management and encourage sales promotions, without their own investment in call center system. JTS has launched the Host Contact Center Service delivering integrated services of Call Center, CRM, IVR, Reporting and so on, deployed “3BB broadband Internet”. The customers required no additional investing in server hardware and software. Many visitors were interested and joined in JTS exhibition booth, from totally over 125,000 exhibition visitors.

On 30 April 2010, Jasmine Telecom Systems PCL (“JTS”) signed the contract  MSAN 577K Project with TOT Public Company Limited (“TOT”) – the largest Telecommunication Service Provider in Thailand – providing transmission WDM Network System and MSAN Exchange System in Zone 4, including 1,119 sites, 192,240 ports, with project value 1,045,484,000 Baht. The project supports High Speed Internet Service delivered to TOT’s customers in regional area of Thailand - include Northeastern,  Eastern and Southern area - and also supports multimedia services include Voice and Video Service (IPTV), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Voice Service (IP Phone).
