JTS join “SMEs roadmap” seminar preparing for the AEC Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industrial, held the workshop seminar called “SMEs Roadmap” on 27th-28th June, 2012 at rachatewi ballroom2, Asia Hotel in order to prepare for the upcoming AEC (ASEAN Economic Committee) meeting which JTS had a good opportunity to join this seminar as a corporate booth presenting “EasyConnect”, hosted contact center with the attractive price and functions. EasyConnect is a hosted contact center which provide you the most convenience; no need to invest a huge of money and no longer sophisticated maintenance. JTS joined Thailand Franchise & Business Opportunities 2012, And push the “EasyConnect” into the business market Jasmine Telecom Systems PCL, “JTS”, participated in Thailand Franchise & Business Opportunities (TFBO) Expo 2012 on 26-27 January 2012, at Bitech Exhibition Center, Hall 101-102, and presented call center service named “EasyConnect”, which are Hosted Contact Center system, including promotion offers in the expo occasion. “EasyConnect” is the Hosted Contact Center System (Contact Center Services for rent) deployed the “3BB broadband Internet network”. The strength of EasyConnect service is providing call center service system for the customers.

JTS participated in The SME Thailand Expo 2011 JTS participated in The SME Thailand Expo 2011 at Impact Exhibition Center, Hall 1-2, Mueng Thong Thani, on 22-25 September 2011, featuring call center service named “EasyConnect” which targeting on SMEs seeking for call center service solution to support their business management and encourage sales promotions, without their own investment in call center system. JTS has launched the Host Contact Center Service delivering integrated services of Call Center, CRM, IVR, Reporting and so on, deployed “3BB broadband Internet”. The customers required no additional investing in server hardware and software. Many visitors were interested and joined in JTS exhibition booth, from totally over 125,000 exhibition visitors.
